Dr. Elizabeth Massey
Dr. Elizabeth Massey is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she grew up as an aspiring veterinarian. She focused all her attention on caring for animals, wildlife rehabilitation, and working as a veterinary technician. She received her bachelors at West Virginia University and completed her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at North Carolina State University in 2011.
Upon graduation, she moved to Florida, where she worked in an exclusive exotic animal hospital before shifting her focus to small animal medicine in 2014. In 2020, she moved to Texas to begin a new chapter of her life in the wide-open spaces surrounding Fort Worth.
Dr. Massey enjoys challenging medical cases and has special interests in animal behavior and pain management. Her years in practice have enabled her to become proficient in soft tissue surgery. She has a special way of making owners and their pets feel comfortable.
When she is not caring for her patients, she enjoys spending family time with her husband and her two children. The rest of her family includes her two dogs, Brisco (Australian Shepherd) and Rigby (Golden Retriever) as well as a variety of fish. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and arts and crafts.
